IS IT REALLY PERMANENT JEWELRY?

Our high-quality chains are durable and made to last on your wrist, however if you need to remove your bracelet you can cut it with scissors. As our jewelry is "permanent" it is not indestructible.

DOES IT HURT?

Nope! When we put on your jewelry, we use high heat on the chain only to weld it shut. You will not feel a thing!

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

We currently offer appointments and welcome Walk-ins. Appointments are recommended as space fills up quickly. Please use the scheduler to book an appointment. If you do not see an appointment you may call to see if we can accommodate you Please note that appointments fill up very quickly so if you have a time and date book it as soon as possible so you don't miss out!

WHAT IF THE CHAIN BREAKS OR STRETCHES?

Worried about potential damages to your permanent jewelry? We’ve got you covered. Our delicate chains are chosen for their minimalist design and ease for everyday wear. If your jewelry were to break or stretch we will do our best to repair it for you, there is a $25 fee for this service. Please note, we are not liable for lost chains.

DO YOU WELD ANKLETS OR NECKLACES?

Yes, but please be aware that anklets and necklaces are much more likely to get snagged, stretch, or break. Wear at your own risk, as these pieces aren’t covered under our warranty. Necklaces and anklets are charged by the inch.

IS THIS JEWELRY AVAILABLE IN SILVER?

We offer our jewelry in sterling silver however, silver does not wear as well as gold over time. It may tarnish and will not hold up like the gold.

CAN I PURCHASE PERMANENT JEWELRY AS A GIFT?

Yes! Just purchase a gift certificate for the amount you’d like to cover.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Yes! Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Sweet 16, Baby Showers, or any group event you are hosting. Contact us to get special pricing and to coordinate a date and time. We can also travel to your event!
